Travel to Mexico through this delicious and fresh shrimp cocktail recipe Acapulco's style.
Ingredient list
1lb of cooked shrimp
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup lime juice
1 cup pico de gallo
1 1/2 tbsp fresh or dried cilantro leaves
Tortilla chips
PICO DE GALLO
2 Cup diced tomato
1/4 Cup diced jalapeño pepper
1/2 Cup diced white onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mix the shrimp, pico de gallo, lime juice, cilantro and ketchup.
Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes
Mix well and serve with fresh tortilla chips.
